It’s as easy as one-two-three. An inquiry form is completed to get more details on your trip. Then we chat about my services and custom planning fee. Once my travel contract and fee are received, we start planning and customizing your itinerary. And Voila! It’s GETAWAY TIME.
how does it work?
Inquiry Form
You complete an inquiry form where I get more details regarding your trip, such as names, dates, budget, destination, and other travel preferences/interests. Once this is completed, I review your inquiry and if determined we are a good fit for one another, then we proceed to discussing my services.
Step one
Services/Planning Fee
We discuss my custom services further by phone or other preferred form of communication. In this discussion, I also outline my upfront, non-refundable planning fee (which is straightforward and honestly very minimal). Once this fee and my travel contract are received, then we are ready to move forward in starting the research part of your trip. Depending on your dates, trip complexity, and a number of factors, you will receive proposals and feedback from me within 1-3 weeks.

Custom Trip Design
I start the planning process for your trip. I present various options and proposals/quotes. Once you have chosen the best option for you, I proceed with booking and confirming all of your trip components. This process can take several weeks depending on trip complexity and how many times we need to revise proposals. Once the booking is confirmed, I will further customize your itinerary by filling in the details, such as securing excursions, transfers, dinner reservations, etc. I will continue perfecting your itinerary up until departure.

Getaway Time!
Your departure date is finally here, and it’s time to vacay! I am here for you from wheels up to wheels down. I walk you through any travel preparations and take care of all the final details. You will even have the option to access your itinerary through an app on your mobile device. How cool is that? There is no greater reward than seeing all that planning come to fruition and happy clients living it up on vacation. I want you to leave your trip feeling relaxed, refreshed, and blown away by your experience.
